I help young, transitioning and early-stage digital entertainment brands and companies find product market fit, reposition their brands, and understand and grow their audiences. Working as a fractional CMO or as and advisor, I can help you:

Create the best marketing mix for the company including brand, performance marketing, social and partnerships.
Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans that deliver against brand and business KPI's.
Manage the operational structure of the team and growth plans.
Garner consumer insights and interpret data into meaning for the organization.
Find, hire and manage agency partners and budget based on specific needs.
Collaborate across other departments including product design, product, engineering, finance, and analytics teams.
